I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located across from Waikiki Beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel at home right from check-in. The oceanfront views were stunning, especially during sunset. However, the room I received was smaller than expected and didn't have necessary safety rails in the bathtub, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a great experience with just a couple of drawbacks.
